Yo Ho Ho! The Pirate Invasion Is Coming & We Need All Hands On Deck.

Any pirate worthy of his or her name knows grog, beer & rum abound at Gasparilla.
As such, we need beer tent volunteers to keep 'em pirates happy & hydrated.

Why We Don't Want To Walk The Plank:
TAC has a cooperative agreement with the City of Tampa and Team Tampa Rowing. In exchange for our volunteer time, we share usage of their brand-new boats & our rack space fees are waived in the boathouse. In short, we are permitted to row out of this boathouse ONLY because we have agreed to provide these volunteer hours. So, let's weigh anchor!

When you arrive, you will be asked to pay for parking. Please tell them you are with TEAM TAMPA ROWING. This will allow you access to park for free. If you have any issues, please call TBD @ TBD.

Your Mission Will Be:

Taking beer orders/ Opening cans/ Handing out beers/ Collecting payments / Operating an iPad Point of Sale
Wearing your finest Team Tampa or TAC outfits (weather-appropriate) with comfortable shoes
Keeping 'em pirates hydrated!

PARKING INFO:

Thank you for volunteering at the Gasparilla Beer Tent! We are able to secure parking for all volunteers; however, we need to know how many parking spaces to reserve in advance. Parking will be located at Wilson Elementary School, and our nonprofit organization CANDO, is covering the cost to secure these spaces for volunteers.

If you plan to carpool, please only select one parking space for your vehicle.

Please note: If you reserve a parking space and do not show up to volunteer and fulfill your assigned duties, you will be billed for the cost of the parking space. Parking will be located at Wilson Elementary School, and our nonprofit organization, CANDO, is covering the cost to secure these spaces for volunteers.
