ON-LAND SUBSCRIPTION
We offer strength & conditioning subscription for rowers & non-rowers year-round at Julian B. Lane Park.
Here are the details for the Strength & Conditioning Subscription:

You do NOT need to be an on-water rower to participate in strength & conditioning land training.

If you are an on-water rower, this subscription is in ADDITION to your rowing membership fees.
-
$50/month unlimited strength & conditioning land training.
-
We offer training on Mondays and Wednesdays 630pm-830pm, year-round.
-
Must use iCrew to attend.
-
Must sign waivers in iCrew.
